Inspired by our resident mountain man, fur-trapper, and lawman, John “Liver-Eatin’” Johnston, this spice blend is sure to liven up an meats (not just liver).

All-natural ingredients include dark brown sugar, granulated honey, smoked paprika, smoked salt, chipotle peppers, garlic, onion, cumin, mustard powder, and cilantro.

Apply rub liberally to chicken, pork, beef, wild game, or fish before grilling.
